The whole 607 thing, its all about trying to tie it all in with 1914, and sadly, the generation of 1914, well, they passed away round about 1954-64, as the average age for a generation is 30-40. And how i bought that when I studied the bible, well i dont know.....
So, the myth of 1914 is just that, the same as 1918, 1919, 1935....etc, etc , etc, so the things spoken of by christ in the gospels, namely Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, these along with Daniel, Ezekiel and Revelation are still all future, but could be very near, but it will come as a thief on a very sleeping world.
Yeah this system will collapse soon, but thats not the end of it, but the 7 million that are sleeping, well, what a wake up call it will be, maybe even some, when this system collapses, will be fooled into thinking that thats the real end, but it will be the end of this system only, but it will be the begining of the real end....no wonder jesus said that "deception" would come first, and Paul, "Apostasy".
On jwn, and other boards, this is not apostasy to speak againt the borg, its "dissention", and Jesse Ventura said dissention was the greatest form of loyalty. Real Apostasy is what the leaders of religion, people at its very centre practice, not joe bloggs on the fringe. In parliament in London, or government anywhere, when we hear of dissent amidst politicians, its because they dont like a bill, and know the implications and harm it may cause, like wise, here, as well as elsewhere, you are voicing your views of the harmful practices and doctrines of this organization. You are being loyal to what the bible says and what you feel to be true and know to be true in your hearts. And the Politicians that dont go along are forced to do so in the end by "Party Whips", are the elders and leaders of this sect, as well as that of any others any differant? Only the true blues are the ones, despite the consequences, will stand firm, and lose all they have for principles, like most of you.
In a classroom, sometimes teachers will make deliberate mistakes to see if the students are awake, sometimes they just make them, and when the students stand up and point out the mistake, they argue out why the teacher is wrong, because books too, like teachers can get it wrong, but the borg dont like being corrected. And when nobody stands up in class, then the teacher passes those mistakes on to countless students, who will pass it on to their students when they become teachers-the bible says "pay attention to your teaching"
And, its here, as much as I dont like to say it, I think, in christendom, especially evangelicals have a better grasp of the bible when it comes to eschatology and understanding, but the borg have had little right, ok Gods name, and christ, jehovah and the spirit being seperate entities, ok, but there is a lot they have got wrong, and even today they hang on to 1914.....but, it aint going to happen.
We could drone on and on and on and on, as we all know these myths and false teachings, but there must be other ways, other than on here, and by writing letters to the borg and individual brs and sis telling these falsehoods, there must be a way of really getting the message across to a vast grassroots audience, thats what I would like to do. Posting here and on other boards aint enough, there must be another way of getting the message out, but to a larger and more receptive as well as captive audience, and to protect them from sects like these.
I regret it all, and have lost a lot due to the teachings and mind control techniques of this sect, I regret it, and one of the kids in my family wanted to be a vet, they were great in school and had lots of potential, and thats what the borg dont like, people with great potential, no wonder King solomon could say that the man of thinking abilities is despised. The borg attributes this phrase to worldly satanic people, but I think, it is just as solomon says, a man that can think and perceive really well, and the borg dont like it, and as soon as you stand up and question, you are marked straight away, then you are out.......where there is no fear, there is only love, well, that institution wouldnt know it if it struck them in the face.

this is a typical cult phrase, where they use a generic unverifiable statement to prove a point.
so, since we're not likely to get an official answer from the wt, how many of the dfd ones in your vicinity has actually been reinstated?.

Dear AUZZIE, Ditto on that. But, I have gotton over a lot of the stuff now, dont miss my wife and kids as much now. Whats more important is me, and my life, my health, my well being and what makes me happy, and I still love Jehovah, but happier.
I aint in no church and refuse to do that whole slave thing again. I have my own ministry. I post on here. I do other things,
I have moved away, very far away, but some things still hurt. I miss my mother, and never got to see her before she died, but, the more new things I learn, by self study and by reading fellow posters comments on here,the more I am glad I was stumbled out so I could really see how this organization really functions, being stumbled out was the wake up call
There is a great site with a new magazine, and the guy gives some really sound advice, and like you, people can learn to do new things, learn new skills.

Yes, there was this german elder, this guy was also a peeping Tom and stealing womens panties, same guy spoke badly of this other family, always behind their backs, especially regarding the husband who wasnt a dub. Ok, the family werent prime examples, and even people in the village remarked on it, as the wife was a JW, and her husband was a cop, but this german dub called this family every name under the sun, but to their face he was a nice as ninepence.
The dubs do it all the time, tell lies, but some have become quite good at it in they believe the lies they tell, saving face its called, or covering ones own ass at the expense of some other poor bastard who is innocent. Yeah, "slight of Mouth", thats very apt, and just like magicians, its surprising what they conjour up sometimes with that little tool that can set whole forests ablaze just with one spark of it-namely their lying, cheating and somewhat deceiving tongues that have caused detriment to so many.
I think all the garbage the self appointed slave has told the sheep to date, from 19oatcake onwards is testimony enough to show what a lying bunch they can be, and its from top to bottom in that organization.
Theocratic warfare, Newspeak........there is this great book, recently written by a phd in London, and he goes on to say how newspeak is used today, its a real eye opener, wonder if a dub helped him write it?

Yeah, they believe all this self anointed slave tells them. and he has such a close relationship with christ that he always gets new light on matters, and through this slave, christ and jehovah tell us, "sorry folks, but we got it wrong the last time, but now we have it right, and any new changes, then we will let you know........and by the way, for good measure, to show your undying loyalty, no more holding hands in the congregation..ok, and those apostates exposing all the loop holes of our teachings on jwn and other boards, fuck them, they are getting destroyed, so no more out of curiosity visiting those websites to see all the false stuff we tell you"?
Just looking a little more closely and really reading what the bible says on these matters would free these poor people from that vice like grip....and the dubs seem to have forgotton christ and jehovah, and in their place, their own laws and decrees, which we can read in their secret elders handbook, and now this self appointed slave has elevated himself, but he will fall, and as jesus said, 'the blind follow the blind, but they will all follow in the same hole".
I think if you did follow this self appointed faithful slave, then you really would be blind to Gods word and his will. Jesus spoke of how the pharisees traversed land and sea to make converts, and when they did, then they make them twice as much a subject for gehenna. This is certainly something to think about when we consider what this faithful slave tells us, and would christ really act in this fashion.
Even in shepherding calls, and judicial committees they pull out the watchtower and say, "look here at what the faithful slave says", never do they go to the bible and use what God says, and if the do, then its of course very selective to suit their teaching.
But, if christ is mediator, then why would mankind need someone else?

Have a look at Luke 12, it says the slave is only called to do christs work of feeding his household, only called, but are rewarded at the conclusion of all things, both the wicked and the good slaves together.
The wbts have elevated themselves to that position, well, you know the saying, the bigger they are, the better and harder they fall. And what a fall it will be, " Humpty wbts sat on a wall, Humpty wbts had a great fall, but did he fall or was he pushed"?
